Three private bedrooms have King beds, dressed in luxury linens. A sitting chair adorns each room for quiet reading. A smart TV is provided within each room, for personal streaming & cable access. Bluetooth speakers are bedside with charging ports for personal devices.
An upstairs bathroom includes a shower /tub combination, with spa -like shower head. The downstairs en -suite bathroom boasts a charming clawfoot tub. The library / office has a Murphy bed for additional guests.

The Hummingbird House is uniquely designed to offer a blend of luxury and homey comfort. With mountain and lake winter views and convenient amenities, our property caters to families, couples, and solo travelers alike.
The house has a private driveway from which you enter the top floor. there you’ll find two bedrooms, one bathroom, the mudroom, laundry, and a reading porch. Another bedroom, bath, the kitchen, dining, library / office and outside porch are all downstairs.

We provide a range of in home and local opportunities to have a memorable stay. The home has a full kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry. The Junaluska neighborhood offers golf, tennis, basketball and an outdoor pool and recreation on the Lake. Waynesville is an amazing town with many outstanding restaurants and dining experiences, along with local rafting, zip lining shopping, horseback riding, and hiking.
